I logged into my account yesterday morning about 9 o'clock (local time) and it was normal. I then logged back in about an hour later and it was changed all the buttons and options were all changed in different order etc.. but i have logged back in today and alls back to normal.

The new design is a bit $hite, not to mention harder to read - they seem to have redone it purely so they can pimp their bloody other MS sites on the front page before you can get to the inbox.

So true, not only does it give me headache trying to read it, its now also swamped with alotta ****e.
