Music Soc?

    Does anyone know if the music soc still runs during the summer? I wanna borrow their bass for a jammin session.

    It doesnt really run at all any more. As for the summer, not a chance. Since it is run by students, the chances of any of the higher-up members around is slim. I think the president is currently (or was) involved with the cleaning of the campus accommodation, but i wouldnt know how to get in contact with him.

    When do you need a bass for?

    Sorry! Forgot I posted here. Crap I thought it'd be an ideal time to borrow stuff.
    As for the bass, anytime would do. At the moment we're just 2 lads jammin. There was another guy how had a bass but he's gone for the summer so I thought that it'd be worth trying out bass for myself, see if I like to play it, so really it anytime would suite me, there's no hurry with it.

    You could buy a cheap Harley Benton on thomann.de, like this one at €75. Thats a cheap enough gamble for whether or not you like bass.
