Sunday August 14th 2005 at 2 p.m. will be the second bi-annual Martial Arts Boards throwdown session. This will be an open session with a friendly format for the exchange of ideas, training methods, philosophy, and of course the odd scrap!

All our welcome, and as your host I guarantee a friendly atmosphere with no ego, no stupid challenges ;) and Loz is bringing muffins..... at least he said he was.
All welcome, even if you're not a regular poster.

Bring mouthpiece/cup, boxing gloves if you have them, though I do have some gear there.

The meet will take place at K.O. Tae Kwon Do's hall, which is the scout hall on the corner of Ballygall Road East and Griffith Avenue Extension.

    For directions/ info, give me a buzz- Barry= 085-8320174
