I've used www.mandmsports.com in the past. Some good stuff there, though not all of it is cheap.

Go to Dunnes or Roches. All the cheapos go there.

    Pennys might be even cheaper.
I got 'cargo shorts' for e9, and 'cargo trousers' for e13.

    TK MAXX
    Stephens Green, Blanch, Pavillions Swords.

Great for Tshirts and light clothes, some great bargains.

Yeah I got a great pair of shorts in Dunnes for a fiver, really comfy. Penneys is a good bet too, they're usually cheaper than Dunnes

I work in Roches in town and most stuff is either 30% or 50% off. Certain items
are reduced to clear. Although Roches are not too good for runners, selection
    wise.

I think Levi or was it wrangler.....well one of them has all of their stock 50% off
    tomorrow.

I used to buy from their UK branch a few years ago, but I have noticed that since the Irish operation opened up, the bargains are not as good. Strange.
