Come to my Stargate forum. In answer to your question:

In the US, Season 9 of 'Stargate: SG-1' and Season 2 of 'Stargate: Atlantis' begin this Friday.

Over here, the same seasons will be kicking off in October on Sky One, but I've no specific date yet.
