Great stuff, but I can't help being cynical when the judge is saying she would "accept written arguments from the lawyers on whether Ebbers should be allowed to remain free while he appeals against the verdict." Obviously he shouldn't serve any time while they look for that convenient technicality. That would be terrible.…
