at a 9 player table, if everybody had a pocket pair from AA down to 66 (player 1 has AA, player 2 has KK, player 3 has QQ etc,)

what are the odds on each hand (pre-flop) ?

    are aces still 'favourite' ?

It depends on the suts but Aces would be about a 26% favourite. Kings 19% JQueens 13%, Jacks 10% down to 4.8% for 7s. 6s are actually slightly better than 77 and 88 because they have a better chance of making a straight.

If by favourite do you mean over 50% to win the hand then no. Think about it, to win you are going basically going to have to hit a set.
