what are my rights?

Im 16,

I Work 8 Hours A Day On Average Four Days A Week,
The Work Is All Outdoors, I Make 6 Euro An Hour But I Only Get One 15-20 Min Break In The Whole Day, I Also Get Cash Into The Hand At The End Of Every Day So Im Pretty Sure Im Not Bein Taxed.

Can Anyone Tell Me My Rights And/or If Any Laws Are Being Broken Here, I Could Just Be Lazy But This Doesn't Seem Right!

You have no rights, there are a few things wrong with the job but accepting cash in hand as payment means both and the employer are avoiding tax. Your 16 so cant work more than 20 horus a week, you are entitled to 20 minutes break for ever 4 hours worked thats the law.

TBH when I was 16, if I was making €160 a week, I'd be pretty stoked. As KdjaC says, you definitely shouldn't be working the way you are, but it would suit you both better to maintain the lie. Unless you only want to get paid €120/week.

With regard to your post:

You have few rights because you are working for cash in hand and this is illegal.

160 a week is good for a 16 year old imo, I worked for far far less for longer hours when I was your age.

If you want to be entitled to lunch hours and such, get a proper job and get paid legally. You probably won't pay much tax because you'll probably not earn more than your tax free allowance.

If you choose to work cash in hand, you can't expect them to stick to the legal guidlines for lunch hours etc, when they are breaking the law by paying you in cash.
