    Hi,

Apologies in advance if this sounds like a dumb question.

The company I work for has changed their internet settings and now as a result I can't connect to aeither win messenger or msn messenger. They usually connect thru the default IE settings which now ban access to chat related activity.

Has anyone any idea how to get around this? I can't even log onto msn web messenger!!

    Thanks everyone.

Couldbe a firewall, if so then tough luck. They've probably blocked the required ports.

Talk to IT, dont try and get around it yourself, at the least you are risking losing your job and at worst you would face criminal proceedings.
