Streaming caputre card over net issues

Trying to stream a capture cards feed over net with Winamp or VLC and having isues. Ran the wizard in VLC and it BSODs as soon as it tries to see my capture card tevion 1734. No clue how to do it in winamp its for one person to see the Shels match morrow , it used to work but no idea whats up with it now. Anyone any…

Got all the same drivers as before ? My PC BSODs if I try to stream my WinTV card aswell. Only ever tried over msn messenger though, but still. BSODs are an absolute pain in the hole...
