    Getting the ferry over tomorrow;
    Dublin Port to Holyhead
    Irish Ferries Swift

    Is it better to drive on early or late?
    (to get off quicker on the other side I mean)

    Tis first on first off as you say.

    Car area on the HSS im geussing you mean is like a U go in the back come out the back.

    Edit: doh just reread the post swift is also first on first off but if i recall they do it by row so not strictly first on first off.

    Not a big deal as once they start moving everyone is off as there are no checks etc. unless security was upped due to London. + you hit the dual carriage ways soon after you get off the boat.
