to my it looks like a layout for a site (ugly and all as it is)

If you have the Source file for it, then I would move some the layers around to see what is under that white. But seeing as this is jus a JPg., that cant be done. I've messed around with leves, curves and brightness/contrast, but still nothing.

Its definately a layout for a site. The left column says "Sections" and the right says "Affiliates". The centre says "Latest".
