Sure just crack open a window and stick your head out, that's what I do, or find the nearest shop and stand in the cooler section for unexplained lengths of times.

Much to the displeasure of my colleagues and work accquantices, I've taken to hijacking more than a few fans and creating a sort of a crossdraft for myself should the heat begin to annoy me.
