    Hi all,

    I'm looking to buy a canon 350D from technikdirect.de or nomatica.ie
The price is a bit better with technikdirect, but nomatica states clearly that the warranty is 2 yrs and I can't find any talk of a warranty with technikdirect.

Won't the warranty always be set by the manufacturer (canon) and not the supplier, hence the camera with technikdirect should have at least a 1 yrs warranty?

    thanks

    pan

it would be a 12 month warranty... I got a 20D from technik a couple of months ago. Everythings in German so I cant figure out if the warranty is Germany only or EU. Nomatica offer an extended warranty themselves whereby you return the faulty item directly to them and they replace it (as far as I remember thats the way it goes).

But yeah, anything bought new should come as standard with a 1 year warranty
