    Anyone know where I could pick up a free shell account to *****X from?
    preferably something that uses bash and not much registration.

    All the results they give you are wildly out of date or the servers are down.

    shellyeah.net and rootshell.be - which appeared in the first result set from Google - are both up-to-date and active. What is it with you?

    dont be so tight fisted, a decent shell can only cost 50/year sterling, which for 15 processes is one of the best deals i've seen , also you get free cgi-irc access, and lots of other stuff.

    www.doosh.net , thats where i got my shell from. (#doosh)

    or if your looking for a cheaper , but less process shell, try www.lchost.co.uk (#lchost)
