Dvd decoder?

Hi, DVD's wont work on my new installation of XP. It says I need a DVD decoder. Is there a free one I can get? Cheers -Cian

Here is the plugin to allow Windows Media Player to play dvds or if you want something else just search google for a software decoder.

VLC www.videolan.org

plays everything, not just dvds, and none of this codec crap, its plays everything, and completely ignores region locks on DVDs
