I tend to come home and cook drunkenly. Banana fritters are good. I made some people pancakes at four in the morning after the boards beers not long ago.

But can sometimes soak up the alcohol or something and can result in less angry parents or so I'm told.

    Eat before drinking?

Eat before and after drinking. I suppose it would depend on how arsed you are to get food. Generally it's late and food can wait until the morrow.

    Touche.

If you're at a high level of merryment some queer concoction of random items will probably be thrown together in some haphazard fashion. Although chips would do me grand provided they were easily accessible, ie the chipper.

apparently 12.5 percent of people like nothing more than strawberries and champagne after a good old drink.i will count this as a survey and spread the fact.

It's gotta be garlic chips n cheese + quarter pounder with cheese + onion rings from my local chipper.
There's no such thing as a "snack" when I come home post drinkies.
I usually hoover up all the above... there's something about that beer appetite that has no sense of scale!
(If the chippie is closed, I'd just pray I have some kinda meat substance in the fridge... cooked chicken is always a winner).

And then a big dirty fry the next morning...... yum!

(had all the above last night/ this morning)

I do like a kebab after a night of drinking.

It's the mystery meat that magically tastes good after midnight.
