    I have been looking for an apprenticeship as an electrician. I am living in Dublin, I have been looking for work for the past few months without any luck so if you have any vacencies or any ideas on how to get an apprenticeship can you please let me know.

    Have you tried to put your name down in FÁS? They will have employers who will have a look at a list of names and ring up prospective employees. Check out this page. It's a search Criteria of Electrician jobs in the country. You will find a few 1st year places there. Bookmark it and check back every so often to see if there is anything new.

    just a couple of questions,

    How old are you?

    What part of dublin you living in.

    I used to work on sites and got to know this one Electrical Contractor pretty well.I could get his number and you give him a ring or alternatively I could direct you to a number of sites he has and maybe try your luck there...
