In the UK - there are 6,000 UK online centres. They are 3,000 in libraries and around one third of the total in the country’s most deprived council wards.

In Ireland - they are computers in many libaries. But Libarys don't seem appropriate for IT training.

Should Ireland establish public access points for IT usage?

Local Authorities I feel have also to sholdier responsibility.

Local Authority Offices need to be utilised more. Donegal and Meath are streets ahead offering one stop shops. Other Local Authorities seem to be operating in the 19th century.

I know many countries have Internet access points like Latvia and the UK.

Makes sense to let people have access and training on how to obtain information on government services.
