    I got some new mustard today.

    It's German and it's excellent.
    Wholegrain in glass container (can be used as a glass when finished!)
    Quite mild with a nicely balanced taste.

    It would appear to be very similar to the stuff used in the UCD Arts Cafe's "three cheeze bagle".

    It doesn't have the acerbic tang you get off the englishers mustard (which i never liked) and has a great granular wholesome texture to it.
