I've been hit with a horrendous toothache this evening, can someone please recommend a dentist in Dublin 1/near the IFSC that I can go see tomorrow?

    Agony!

IANAD, but I hear that 'Nurofen Plus' is good for that kind of pain. . . .

Might help until you get it sorted, which you should do, asap.

To make an appointment phone 6701819.

Although it is Thursday. I've never gone near the place despite living here two years.
