1st level support / helpdesk position available

    Guys,

    Company I work for has a 6 month contract avialable with a view to a permanent position. Immediate Start.

    This is an entry level position based in Dublin city centre, working with 2 other IT staff. We have Windows NT Servers, Windows 2000 Pro desktops and run Office 2003 as well as some bespoke apps, and we have 120 staff in 2 offices.

    Duties:
    - Log all calls on our helpdesk system
    - Resolve any 1st level calls
    - gather detail and examples of all problems
    - pass on any 2nd level problems to the IT team
    - Set-up of new users and administration of existing users on all systems (including phones)
    - Collate website statistics
    - Ensure Antivirus and Microsoft updates are up-to-date

    Could you post a rough salary estimate please :)

    Doesn't need to be bang on accurate, just a ballpark figure will do thanks.
