I need to burn a dvd for someone but it has to be a ten minute piece that loops continuously, how do i do this without just copying and pasting it over and over..the dvd player has to repeat it for hours seemlessly, how do i do that?

i don't know much about DVD's, but how about this... You know the way when a DVD flim ends, it goes back to the main menu and when a song in a music DVD ends, it continues to the next song?

There must be a flag there that tells the DVD where to go next, so just set the flag to point to the start of your 10 min clip. So as soon as the 10 min clip ends, it points back to its own beginnning.

If your authoring software won't let you link something to its own start, just put in two copies of the 10 min clip and let them reference each other.

Might depend on your DVD player, I have a Philips player where you can set 2 flags and get the player to repeat that piece infinitely.

You might need fancy DVD authoring software to do that ?

Don't really no too much, fanciest DVD i ever authored had one main menu screen where u click to start the movie...

Yes, its why i said you should set the flags in the dvd authoring software :p

I'm sure there's trial versions of DVD authoring software out there, so just take a looksie around the place and see what you can do. Alternatively, it might be possible to do it with IFOEdit, but you'll have to find someone who knows more about it than i do. I havn't used it in ages.
