Punch bag stand

Has anyone every used one of those freestanding punch bag stands?
I'd like to get one as it's been too long since I've had my bag up, and its impractible inside.
I'm wondering how stable they are? Can you move around them much? and do you whap your toes off the metal if you miss or loose concentration
Also where can I get one, if they're worth it. I can only find them in the UK.

found one here for 150, looks pretty cool. Apparantly has thing to attach a floor to celing speed ball too. Reckon I'll check it out, and unless here very condeming reports, will get one

Just a couple of things. It says in the ad that you can use a 30 kg bag with it - what happens if you want to use a heavier bag. Also, you'll need to find someway of securing the stand, either by weighing it down with weights or else bolting it securely to the floor. If you use the weights approach, you'll probably need at least 20-30 kg of weight plates on each leg of the stand (the bits sticking up on each leg are where the plates go)
