    Am i correct
    IF a person in the uk choose not to renew there sky package,they can get a ftv card from sky which would allow them to view the terrestrial stations ie itv ch 5.on there digibox.

    Question
    So do the same apply here in ireland with rte tv3.

    They don't 'get a ftv card from sky' as such but you are correct, a UK ex-subscription card retains a FTV capability and still decrypts ITV1, Channel 4 and five.
