most cases only have 2 USB's

the motherboard has the rest

Two In the front of the case and the rest are on your motherboard

it has two usb ports on the front that will connect to the motherboard and then depending on which motherboard there will be about 4 ports on the back, probably with the option of adding 2 more via pci slot connected to the motherboard
