    Hi,

Organising a social trip from the company here to Carrick-on-Shannon in early August, and was wondering if anyone knows of a reliable & affordable coach hire company. There will be about 40 passengers, Saturday afternoon to leave Dublin and return later that night, i.e. early hours of Sunday morning.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    bruachain

Thanks BuffyBot, something with a bit more of a personal recommendation would've been helpful; but I was already on your suggested course of action.

Check out my dad's coach hire company. If you decide to make a booking I'll see if I can get you a good price.

Cheers K-Tric, nice website. We're just organising it, so more than likely I'll be in touch...

Shopping around and the price seems to be around the €500-€600 mark Which is pretty reasonable.

    Any other ideas?

You can't go to Carrick on Shannon on a Saturday and not stay the night.

Get your company to cough up a few quid and stay over !!

Landmark Hotel just the job, train up on Saturday, back on Sunday ....happy days. :)

We're talking about coming back late Saturday night; the whole day is paid for and some people are up for staying, but the rest of them want to come back the same day, hence the return bus
