Is anyone experienced in this and has anybody been in astral state? Curious as I've experienced lucid dreaming which is very similar.

I've had one or two lucid dreams and a couple of other weird ones which were kind of similar. From reading about it, as you say, it is often related to astral projection. I subscribed for a course on this through http://www.mysticweb.org/ but (still) haven't got around to doing it yet. From what I've glanced through, it seems pretty interesting, but some people have mentioned that it has some weird stuff in it like references to Anubis. It's worth a look at the website, but as with anything else it's worth keeping healthy dose of sceptisicm.

i have been tryin do it for a year almost, with no success but i know its real and ill keep tryin.If your only new to astral projection here are 2 good sites 1:www.astraldynamics.com you should download some interviews as well ,the guy is called robert bruce and he australian he,s well down to earth i could give you one of the interviews over msn messsenger if you want
2:www.abovetopsecret.com register as a member and go the the paranormal forum and you can get how to,s and techniques for actually seperating from the
physical body

Wow, Robert Bruce, I haven't heard that name in a long time. I have an early draft of one of his books he sent me. Very powerful stuff at the time.

Also check out this thread on the spirituality board as there was a very similar discussions about OBE/AP.

oh there are some astral projection books in easons in town and i think only in town because i checked the square and liffey vally and they didnt have any
oh and im goin in their to get another astral projection book tomorrow
bout 12 seeya there lol
