i work part time but am i considered pernament?

i have been workin part time in a pub now for 5 years ( took 4 months off 3 years ago) and left for 3 months last year , both times getting p45) i was wondering when would i be considered a pernament staff member. do i get the same rights . also must add i dont get paid bank holidays if i dont work them. but have worked…
