Toney vs Klitschko

Ok, everyone knows there's been talking of this one happening either later this year or earlier next year. Some people even think Toney will win. I've tried to see that happening in my mind and I just can't do it. To me this fight would be like a shorter version of Klitschko vs Williams. I know Toney would have a lot more speed than Williams but Klitschko would deal with this and end the fight by KO within 5. Does anyone else really believe Toney can do it, besides the diehard fans? Toney talks a good fight, it would sell well, but it's an easy nights work for Vitali.

Yeah I agree, Klitschko shoud win. The last I heard about Klitschko, some nigerian heavyweight wants to fight him in September. What's the story with Toney now? Has he been given a ban for failing the drugs test?

samuel "nigerian nightmare" peter and calvin "the boxing banker" brock have both been rumoured to be upcoming opponents for klitschko. theyre both interesting young prospects.
dont underestimate toney, he has a hell of a lot of skill and experience in the ring. the biggest difference between him and williams as klitshcko opponents though is williams relys on being durable and soaking up anything thats thrown at him whereas toney's defensive skills make him very hard to hit cleanly with a punch of any power.
it would be a very interesting matchup in my opinion, david vs. goliath and all that.

Klitschko would demolish Toney IMO , Sam Peter seems a very tough fighter with a decent punch but he is unproven and certainly isn't ready for Klitschko .
Brock has better skills than Peter but has a weaker chin , he is more proven than Peter but not ready for Vitali either .

Id like to see Valuev get a shot at one of the Champions : 41-0-0 and he hasn't gotten a fight against a champ yet .
He has fought better opposition to those two young heavyweights aswell .

Toney would have to make sure the drugs are out of his system before he fights Klitschko anyway , so im not sure if a September fight would work .

He was banned for either 90 or 120 days, can't remember which right now. If Toney's smart, he'll fight a few of the smaller heavyweights before Klitschko to get some money/bargaining power. He's definitely a skilled guy but I'm not sold on him as a heavyweight.
