I got a set of Sony SRS-T70s for a €46 inc del on eBay last week. Sweet sound but it eats batterys (4 of em)...but I tend to have it at top volume the whole time :D

The creative travelsound is also good; I'm just a sony fanboi at heart.
Was considering the JBL On-Tour but it was too expensive.

The Logic3 iStation is specifically designed for iPod and has some rave reviews too.

Expect to pay ~€50 and get a set of hi-voltage rechargeables for it....otherwise you're better off just turning your headphones all the way up.

I have the Logic3 iStation and the sound is pretty impressive for its size. It can run off 4 AA's and comes with Firewire & USB cables for the iPod. They're about €80 in argos.
