Lens Question

Right I have a Nikon Coolpix 4300 digital camera. Grand little 4mp digital camera etc.

It takes ring adaptors so that filters and lenses can be added

    for example:
    https://secure.soligor.com/index.php?id=5&backPID=325&L=1&tt_products=4229&L=1

there is also one that brings it up to 37mm

Now i have a big spotting scope that came with an adaptor for adding a camera instead of an eye piece. The adapto is listed as a T-2 conection.

Any idea what i need to bridge the coolpix's adaptor ring to the scopes T-2 unit?

    T-2 adaptor:

    Scope:

Ill post a better pic of the T-2 adapter as soon as I get a chance.

    Thanks

it's likely the image coming through to the camera with that setup will be so dark you'll not get any useable photos, maybe try some black electrical tape just to try out the setup before buying another adapter

Turns out the adapter I have wont work with the coolpix 4300. The lens on the 4300 dosn't suit. I can put the 4300 up to the eye piece and shoot through that but the shots are a bit washed out. Iv ordered an adapter to fit an Canon EOS body to the scope which should work from what iv read.
