(never failed me for these kind of specs)

Current fave (I have one myself): Thinkpad 240X, PIII 500, 192 MB RAM, 12G HDD, figure under GBP100 + P&P.

Runs AVG 7 + Zonelabs Firewall + XP Pro + Office 2k3 or WiFi'd IE6 & MSN with webcam like a dream.
