Meteor GPRS Charges

    I just noticed on there site GPRS Charges are now 3c per kb, effective from 1st June, 2005.

    hi, can you post the link from their site to that info?

    Has 2c per KB for GPRS WAP and Eur 2.50 per 1/2 MB for GPRS ISP on the WAP/GPRS info page here:

    It's in the "What's New" section on the My Meteor site, you need to log in obviously. It's right at the bottom of the page.

    Bit of a step back I must say, that extra cent makes all the difference when using GPRS on O2.

    I also see on that page that roaming in the UK is automatically enabled now, you don't need to make the €60 payment first.

    According to the web site (I just checked) it is .03, but I also looked at the Meteor WAP page. It looks like a lot of it has been set as "free2view"...Does this mean that you do not get charged the .03 for looking at this area?

    yeah - they must have got around to updating the WAP/GPRS info page, it now has 3c per KB for GPRS WAP, at least they kept the GPRS ISP the same (for now) at Eur 2.50 per 1/2 MB...
