anyone know if its possible to use the radio on the Nokia 6230 without an enhancement set (headphones), just the built in loudspeaker. If I plug in the headphones, the radio works, I then press loudspeaker and the radio works exactly as I want it to, but the headphones are still plugged in, as soon as I unplug the headphones the phone shuts down the radio and displays 'connect an enhancement set' ..... Grrrrrr

Most phones use the headphones cable as the FM antenna, so most will require that the headphones are plugged in for the radio to work, unless it has it's own internal FM antenna.

yeah the nokia's use the headphones as the antenna so you need to keep them connected. would be great if you didn't have to...
