    Both are similar.
In the first one he either has the flush or you've him beaten.

In the second one he could have top-pair, 2 pair, trips, the straight and possibly the flush (although I doubt it).

I'd probably fold both of them due to the size of the all-in bets. You're getting quite good odds to call the second one but there are too many hands thatcould have you beaten. The fact that he's such a big stack is also worrying as it means he probably knows what he's doing. You'd have to be very lucky to be up that much through luck and your big flop bet should make him take you seriously.
I don't think you're getting good enough odds to call the first one. There's enough bad players who would do this with the flush, especially this weekend with the new party bonus. ;)

Hand 1: villain bets $135 into pot of $37 when the flush card hits. He could be making the move of honour with the nut flush hoping a lower flush or tips or 2 pair calls. Unlikely he will get a caller from a anything but a mid-flush.

He could be representing the made flush while have a 2-pair hand, KQ or something. He might think that you wouldn't bet the flush draw on every street and he thinks he can make you fold whatever he thinks you have.

Either way it's bad play by him. I'd call personally.

Hand 2: I think this is a fold, every draw got there, I'd say villain has T9 or something.

Disclaimer: I am a net losing player at hold'em cash games on line. :(
