    From Fees pages on DCU.ie:

Candidates from the new member states who are currently in the third level education system will not be able to change their classification for the duration of their studies, i.e. if a student is progressing from 1 st to 2 nd year in DCU he/she shall continue to pay Non-EU fees until his/her undergraduate studies are complete.

    Soooo unfair.
