I believe you've had a couple of emails regarding the content of your web pages, Cr8or - more precisely, you've had requests to change certain wording. When no reply was forthcoming from you, a request was made of the appropriate admins by email to do something about it.

I know who took down your page and I know why but I believe he'll say so himself anyway... it's hardly my place to specifically "point the finger".

Sorry Cr8or but the wording of your page made it sound like you were representing the Ireland Offline organisation, so I had to move it to www.boards.ie/members/cr8or.old

Put the URL in as "website" in your profile.

I never said I sent any mails, I said I "believe" you received emails...

I don't know what address they were sent to.

I didnt send any mails but I presume they were sent to your account off boards.

I DID get a mail asking me to have a word with you to which I replied saying I felt it was better taken up between the two parties but I would intervene as mediator if needed.
tbh, I knew cr8or wouldnt have a problem with rewording bits so I thought no more about it.

Sounds like a clusterfnck of miscommunication to me, but at least the site is still there smile.gif

    Devore?

Cr8or... it would have been Martin Harran who sent the mail, on behalf of IrelandOffline. You'll find his address on the irelandoffline.com web site.

sorry cr80r, I was away for the last 3 days.

I dont reveal complaints nor private mail but in this case I think you can figure it out smile.gif

Its a storm in a teacup and it wasnt really a complaint just a request to have a word in your ear which I asked them to have themselves. The b0rked mail makes it all the more sudden for you I expect.
