yeah i get pains in my lower back, ever since i was once kicked there by some sh1thead when i was sitting on the ground one time.

Sometimes the pain is hardly noticible, but other times its really sore.

I get killer back-pain at the base of my spine ever since I fell off a roof

Wierdly it flares up when Im tired ir stressed ( like during my leaving cert exams when I shuffled around like an arthritic penguin for three weeks)

Hot baths sometimes help but theres nothing better than a good massage ;)

I get lower back pain sometimes. Generally it's from sitting on stools or something, where there's no back, so I end up slouching.

I get it, being tall has its downsides, bad lower back at times, bad upper back other times, mostly its muscle pain though, and it always spreads to my sholders. Thats why I get a good massage once a month!

I did something to my back the other day playing football, maybe just a muscle strain, it was bad that night and it's getting better now. I get the same type of thing quite often, maybe 3 times a year, I could just wake up with it some mornings. I don't know what I did to cause it at football, it just happened.

riding bmx kind of put's a strain on your back..I do yoga..helps for everything and anything..and if i have lower back pains I massage it myself..your own hand is like the best medicine for everything...but still yoga..recommend it highly. :D

She should get it checked out if it continues. Happened me and I ended up needing an operation

Yeah I get pain in my lower back occasionally. I blame all those years I had to carry that bloody school bag.

Yeah thats true, my bag when i was in secondary school used to weight a ton,

But my sis told me, bring on the day when all they need is a notepad and a laptop.

I used to get killer lower back pain, started when I was pushed down a staircase when about 11 years old. I wasn't allowed do high jump or long jump, much to my annoyance as I previously rocked at both those events! But I don't get it anymore, thankfully
