Job Interview in Limerick

Hi

I have a job interview with Shannon Aerospace, but the Interview is in FAS in Raheen Industrial Park in Limerick.

Does anyone know the best way to get there from Dublin?

Anyone have any info on Shannon Aerospace working a a Aircraft Maintenance Technician? What is it like to work there and way is the pay like?

Take the Dublin to Limerick road......
As you come into limerick you'll see a roundabout bypassing limerick city, take the second exit to stay on the bypass and go straight for about 5 miles till you hit another roundabout, this is the main CORK road roundabout and you should have a housing estate on your right and nothing but fields on your left.
Turn left off the roundabout and go straight out looking for the second off ramp, You'll see the signs for the Industrial estate but you'll also see it on your riight before the signs. Follow that long sweeping bend all the way to the next roundabout then take the second exit into the raheen industrial estate.

hey thanks WKD for your advice! what i should have said is i dont have car and i will be traveling down by Bus Eireann, so if i get the Bus down to limerick what is the best way to get to Raheen Industrial Park?

Go to the city centre. As far as I remember you can get a bus from O' Connell Street. There is a stop near Moons.

Moons was in Galway, it was Todds that was in Limerick. Both of course known as Brown Thomas.

Pardon me. It used to be Todds, not Moons.

I lived in both Galway and Limerick, you see.

When you get to the bus station in Limerick ask one of the staff in the courtyard where to get the bus to Raheen. I think it was the stop at Brown Thomas in O' Connell St. but check with them anyway.

You could also give Bus Eireann in Limerick a call. The number is (061) 313333.

Bus 308 and 304 from Brown Thomas go to Raheen, just make sure you get one going the right way.

Ahhhhh! getting the bus, :eek: .

Like the lads said above, there's a bus from brown thomas that'll take ya straight there, dunno which one, haven't been on a bus in ages . The best thing I think would be to just jump into a cab outside the bus depot and tell em to take ya straight to your interview, it would only be about 8 quid and would save you all the worry of missing the other bus and finding your way 3 blocks down and 4 blocks right to Brown Thomas.
