Anyone used www.teetimes.ie to book golf yet? A friend of mine said he was able to book a tee time he received in an email and it was free!

use it all the time, it is cheap but never free so far!!
more than likely he booked it online and they didn't charge a booking fee
but when you get to the course they charge you the greenfee..

I checked with him and the tee time was free. When you register they send an email to you each week with special offers and at least one of the times is free - first one to book it gets the free time. He said he was checking his mail when it came in and he booked straight away.
