never thought if bars would have it on.
I'll just be staying at home watching it with mates with tins and pizza! (much cheaper!)

Most of the bands are crap aren't they? What's the point in watching it.

Some good ones.... obviously depends on your own personal taste.
But its more an event than anything else.
I'm was too young too remember Live Aid... so I'll be watching tomorrow.
Not everyday something like this happens.

I'd imagine most large bars with a TV would have it on, no? Try Flannery's or
    somewhere.

Sure I might flick over to it occasionally at my friends tomorrow, I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it.

Don't think I'll watch it at all. Might just tape the whole thing and if anything interesing happens or bands get good reports I'll just ff to them.

It can't be as crap as Live Aid was. Hearing a few of the Live Aid bands on RTE2 tonight it's no wonder Led Zepplin won't allow their Live Aid set to be shown anywhere - the sound was terrible, no bass at all. Sounded worse than a clapped out 40 year old radio.

    When is it on?

Not going to bother watching it. It will be on in clip form for the next five years and with the U2 concerts (etc) I have had enough opinions from pop stars for a while. Having said that, after lodsa D & D tonight I will end up gazing at it till it knocks me out with boredom.

I was watching Die Toten Hosen play. Didn't even know they were playing but I just had the telly on and they came on between u2 and cold play. :)

How exactly can you watch it online, I went onto the live8live.com website but unless its due to my jobs crappy computer I'm just looking at a big picture of Bob Geldof :(

If anyone can post up the link of somewhere you can watch it live (if possible??) would make the next 6 hours of work go in that little more happily!!

Aww!! Lucky you! Do you know what they played? Maybe "Walkampf"?
They are my 2nd favourite band after Die Ärzte, and I couldn't see them!

I'm watching it online via that annoying-as-all-hell aol site. they're streaming all of the big city concerts... but not the one in cornwall, where all the african musicians are playing! lucky I have satellite; I was watching mandela give a speech in cornwall a minute ago.
