    What are your 5 top Irish Bands - not supernova like U2 - mortal bands that you wuld definately go and see. Just interested in seeing what people think odf the Irish scene at the mo. Thanks!

    U2 are of course a mortal band!!! i don`t see whats so great about them anyways, the edge can barley even play chords!!! he said it himself. i HATE U2

    That fact that you can mention U2 on any fourm on the internet and a get someone like you to make that exact same reply makes them non-mortal. Try it. :cool: Say you love U2 on any random forum and you will get that from at least one person.

    How? they are mortal!!!!! theres nothin seperatin them from ANY other irish acts. or Any acts at all!! look, i just think they get too much praise.i mean, why doesn`t anyone talk about rory gallagher anymore? best irish guitar player EVER!!!!! but still mortal. just coz U2 hav bin goin 4 20 years, so have the chili`s, and mettalica, and the rolin stones are goin near 40!!


    oh. and Bono`s a gob****e!!!!!! "we have to save the world!! lets cut off their debhts, and everybody donate money" good thing to do and all i know!, but c`mon,their recent tour brought them near 400 million euro!! give some of that!!!!!!
