If you could change anything about YOUR martial arts/combat sports training what would you change?

I'd talk less about doing thai or boxing and do it...

    More cardio, always more cardio....

I'd get around to going to a few freestyle classes....

Christ, getting my ankle sorted would be a start. I can't shoot and can't roll properly without risk of popping it again. It's been nagging me for well over a year now :(

I need to work alot on my cardio and alot of my muay thai. I'd like to have a bit more experience in MMA - Instead of going into a fight and having your mind go blank, knowing what's expected of you.

I'd create a national training centre in the City Centre with proper facilites. I'd even let the (B)JJ [strike]scum[/strike] dudes train there too.

what i'd change about MY training would be the location. and the facility.

, ok to be less abstract,

Yes, like the majority of people, I'd like to do more hardcore cardio in my own time, really boost fitness levels etc. I'm too mad about paying a tenner to go train somewhere and to spend 30mins doing press ups and running around a gym, I don't need to pay to be shown how to do this. Although I admit, I'm lazy and only do it during training.

I don't want to fall into the "this is my dream training etc." thinkology and never back it up but I'm very eager to do more (b)jj and kickboxng this summer. I'd like to bring another dimesnion to my ground work, other then the existing roll over and tuck yourself in and hope they go away approach.

I'd do far more cardio, far more rolling, far more boxing, far more TKD and far less political rubbish....

But we all have our crosses to bear. ;)

I'd also get a padman, as in a decent pad man, I had one and now I don't thanks to time.

He's coming to train in Ireland -Carrickmacross 11th-15th July & he does Firearms training / Sniper Training / H2H / Knife Defense and lot more although I'm not sure if they are going to be in his upcoming course.

What I'd change is I'd like to learn BJJ clinch & the rest (to see what the fuss is about) so I am going up to SGB Monday to start my education.
