    A found a link to an interesting server-side mod.

    Link

    Features:

    * Fixed a bug where TKs are not reset after rounds. Currently, if a player plays for a lot of rounds, he is bound to pass the TK limit.
    * Added a Negative Score Kick, similar to the PunkBuster feature (which is not available for BF2).
    * The TK Limit is now a ratio. You set how many Enemy Kills are required per TK. This means a player who kills a lot of enemies will be forgiven more TKs.
    * You also set how many TKs are required before the system starts taking the Ratio into consideration.
    * You can Limit how many punish votes someone can cast during a round. So people learn to make better use of them.
    * Based on score, you can award more punish votes.

    Still in the works:
    * You can filter some weapons from triggering TKs, example: Anti-Tank Mines.

    Default Settings:
    Server Config:
    sv.tkPunishEnabled 1
    sv.tkNumPunishToKick 3
    sv.tkPunishByDefault 0

    InFile:
    TK_ZTMOD_SCOREKICK = -30
    TK_ZTMOD_WAIT = 5
    TK_ZTMOD_PUNISHBONUS = 3
    TK_ZTMOD_PUNISHPERCENT = 25
    TK_ZTMOD_FILTERWEAPONS = False

    NOTE: More help can be found within the tk_punish.py file.

    Installing:
    1- Make a backup of your current tk_punish.py file
    2- Extract the ZIP and replace with the new file.

    This is badly needed. I just hope servers start using it.
