Its dead. And in a nice way too.
Posts can be sent there, admins, mods and "authorised users" (there are none) can post and reply. Noone else can.

So, Trolls is for threads that you dont want to delete or close, you can send them to trolls. Its up to each mod how they want to manage their areas....

The troll is dead.
