Does anybody know if its possible to use the turkish baths at the Finnstown Country House Hotel without becoming a member. I'll be in Dublin in a few weeks and always wanted to try a turkish bath. according to their website they have a daily gym membership but does that include the turkish baths?

Just checked their website, why not give them a call.

What exactly is a Turkish bath ment to do?
On all things Turkish, does anyone know where you can get a Turkish massage, you know the one's where they basiclly kick the living $hit out of you??

As far as Im aware a turkish bath is similar to a sauna in that you can relax in a steamed environment. Great for cleansing your skin as the steam opens your pores. Ideal for destressing! Some turkish baths esp. in london are unisex which can cause some embarrassment!
