I could put this in the wanted forum but unlikely many sat enthusiasts will see it so hope thats ok with the mods.

Am looking for a 1.2M dish in the Dublin area, either new or second hand, not bothered either way, anyone got one to sell or know where to find one relatively cheaply?

You can have my Triax dish, mounting bracket and single Lnb if you can swap for and align a good condition Black Sky Minidish & single lnb. Im in Bray. I can gladly help remove my dish and mount the minidish. Im not sure if the dish is 1.1 or 1.2, but can measure it for you at the weekend. The dish is easily accessable as it is mounted over my single story garage.

I'm using an old sky 80cm dish (was analog now with digi lnb but its not big enough for what i want to receive with the growing foliage around here :( )

Thats a fine dish you have, why would you want to replace ?

The dish is really just far bigger than I need, Im only using it for Sky so could get away with a smaller dish. The large dish is really just a bit of an eyesore and is partily blocking the view of the sea from the landing window. I would only swap for a standard Sky dish though.

    Your dish is a triax TD110 John 1.1 m

Well, my dish is an old sky one which may not be to your liking (is a good bit bigger than the newer ones - 80cm iirc), so got a 1.2 solid dish on ebay for 113 euro delivered , which includes a 0.3db lnb and wall mounting kit which was too good an offer to pass up imho.
Providing my landlord doesnt go nutz with me putting this up (unlikely) , yer welcome to the old dish afterwards.

Cheers mate, no worries. I will hold out for a regular one, but thanks for the offer.

Swap agreed with another forum member, so dish is off the market.
