    OK really simple question.... Is The Royal College of Surgeons a fee paying college?

    No, not anymore. I think it was 2002, maybe a year or two earlier that they entered the free fees scheme. If you're an Irish citizen doing your first degree you just pay the normal registration fees etc that you pay in every college.
