I have an iRiver H340 and it's a bit big for the gym so where'd be the best place to get one or even what'd be the best one suited to the gym?

If you're looking for one for the gym then a flash based one would prob be the best, if it's a small one you're after the creative MuVo small players are pretty cool and go up to 1GB

It will definitely have to be flash based, as these can take any amount of shock, etc (the hard drive based ones can't). Personally, I have a MuVo TX 256MB, which can hold around 40-60 tracks (depending on quality) and is fine for gym use, etc... Plenty of IRivers to choose from as well in the same vain... Komplett.ie is pretty good with the prices - delivery is always €10.

I've had an iRiver 595t for 2 years now. Its a 512mb flash player, and can store about 170 tracks at 96kbps rate. Perfect for the gym (which is the only place I use it). It is small, sturdy, and I only need to shuffle tracks on it about once a month.

I got Nike/Phillips headphones in argos which clip behind the ear, so they're great for running.

I've got one of these - Click here - and everyone I show it to wants one. I've bought 15 of em so far for friends n family, from 128mb to 1gb. These are great little things that plug straight into your usb. My 512mb on has 17 albums on it atm and I could probably get more on there.

Also, great program for shrinking mp3's, while keeping quality, Advanced WMA Convertor, top notch convertor for WMA, OGG & Mp3's.

I´ll second J-blk on the MuVo. I´ve had my MuVo 64 MB since it was first released. It can store up up to 15 tracks which gives about 45-60 min of music which works perfect with my sessions.

    I love how it's £1.99 for a 1GB player and £52.98 Shipping :p

    iPod Shuffle.

512MB is nice and neat, very light and decent sound quality. I use a 1GB one all the time and it's been a great servent to me. Use it to play audio-books as well as music.

Lack of a screen is no issue, just leave it on shuffle in my pocket.
